Delivery and Returns

Orders received before 12.00 noon Mon-Fri are usually dispatched the next day. Generally you should receive your order within 7 days to Mainland UK and 10-14 days to Rest of World. During busy periods such as Sale time, Valentines, Mothers Day, Eid and Christmas, please allow an additional 1-2 days for dispatch.

You can return non bespoke items within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in unused condition, and come with their original undamaged packaging. E.g., items which come back smelling of perfume, smoke or clearly having been used, unfortunately, in these situations, the items will be returned to you, and at your own cost.

For faulty items, please accept our apologies. Please take a photo within 24 hours of receipt and send to info@athaenabride.com. We will advise you of next steps within 48 hours.

For your security we advise you return any product via a recorded service, such as Royal Mail 1st class recorded, Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery (with the appropriate cover level of insurance) and retain a receipt of postage for your own records and the tracking details to monitor delivery. If something doesn’t arrive to us and it was not sent with a trackable service we won’t be able to do much.

Please note we are not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, and we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Refund terms are subject to change under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the company.

When returning your items, please include the following information:

1) Your Name

2) Order Number

3) Phone Number

4) A message saying what you want us to do (refund, exchange etc.)
